Redeem your IDRX to IDR

Redeeming allows you to acquire Indonesian Rupiah directly to your bank account by burning IDRX tokens through the platform. Please note that if you attempt to burn IDRX tokens outside of the platform, you won't receive the associated funds in your bank account.

• Use a bank account with the same name as the one on the IDRX account for redeem destination, or your Redeem request will be rejected.

• Burning IDRX token outside the IDRX platform will result in the loss of your funds.

• The balance will be processed and credited to your bank account max 24 hours after your request is submitted.

• Minimum transaction is 20,000 Rupiah.

By following these instructions, you will burn IDRX and receive IDR in your bank account. Here's how to redeem:

Accessing the IDRX Dashboard

1. Log in to your IDRX account.

2. Navigate to the dashboard and select the "Redeem" option.

Connecting to Web3 Wallet

1. Click on "Connect to Web3 wallet."

2. A pop-up will appear, displaying options for your Web3 wallet. Choose the wallet you are using.

Providing Bank Account Details

1. Enter your bank account details and the quantity of IDRX tokens you wish to redeem.

2. Ensure that the recipient's bank account name matches your IDRX account. Press "Continue" to proceed.

Confirming Redeem Process

1. You will be directed to the next page to confirm the redeem process. Click on "Redeem."

2. Ensure you have a sufficient gass fee balance to confirm the redeem process.

Transaction Confirmation

1. If the transaction is successful, you will receive a notification on your screen.

2. To check the redeem status, go to the Dashboard and select "Redeem." Wait until the status changes to "Success."

Step 6: Waiting for Token Transfer

1. Allow some time for the balance to be successfully transferred to your account.

2. If you do not receive the balance within 24 hours, please contact IDRX customer support at [e-mail].
